6 Wildlife. The annual Tundra Swan migration to the artic passes through here in March and that's always a good sign that spring is nearly here. Saw thousands today and took lots of pics but rather liked this one. Swans, geese, ducks and gulls all quite happily living in harmony.

on Mar 22A sure sign that spring is soon to follow. This was a perfect day for the photo with the misty background separated by the resting corn field.

on Mar 20This past winter we had thousands of Snow Geese stay in our area. One of their favorite spots is a nearby reservoir. This past week I checked and I could not find one .... all probably heading North. Yes, a good sign that Spring is near.

on Mar 18Wow, now that is a site. Love how you captured the swans both on the water and in the sky...feels like I am seeing this in person!
Right now the sandhill cranes are migrating thru the center part of Nebraska...about 2 hours away. I am hoping to get there to get
some pics...it is quite the site to see!

on Mar 18It's great seeing the spectacle of hundreds or thousands of wild fowl. Great photo with the different horizontal layers running across it. Nice one!

on Mar 18It is good to see signs of spring. I like all the levels with the surprising number of birds.
